Good Morning, How are my Friends this morning? There is Snow, Ice, And Rain out my window today, when only a few days ago, it was a sunny 60 degrees. Can you believe it is already Christmas next week? Where does the time go?Soon we will be entering into another New Year. Have you any New Year's Resolution's Planned?Me, only one. "To Get My Old Body Back". While the winter doldrums set in, I will welcome the spring and summer months to take my peaceful morning walks.For winter months I have my "Walk A Mile" Tapes. This weeks efforts have been nil due to my "Monthly Visitor's" insistance on Water Weight Gain. The new year is always a great start to a new you, something I hope to achieve begining January 1st. :)Well My Friends! I hope all of you have a great day, and I will leave you with this thought.
