Good Moaning

Gosh  first day back online and I'm a mess. been up all but three hours last night... the pain meds I took sometimes keep me up. besides they only work for a short time... Ever since I moved I've had a sinus infection, now I'm taking meds for that, my sleep machine makes it extra hard because mucus drains into my lungs and well it's not  fun.Spent the first two weeks of sept coughin my brains out all night since I moved to La Crosse.  I have a terrible time with smoke and ciggeretts smoke car exhaust, and now I live next to where the trains switch cars... bangin and clangin all nite.  My son is a good kid... but that's just what he is... He's 18 but has no signs of being able to make and act like a young adult.... he graduated high school reading at about a six grade level .... he suffers from Audio/Dyslexia, which means he takes longer to understand  things than everyone else,  then there the letters he see's backwards... I'm trying to deal with all this, sure is tuff... I'm glad he don't smoke or do   druggs.. no drinkin yet either ... but hey he needs a job.. and no one seems to want to hire him...  he's smart, got the brains and knows  stuff that makes me proud, but seems to lack some self esteem...  not to mention giddy up and go... lol... well I'm achey and grumpy.... just so dang lonely I can't stand myself sometimes...  sure glad igot back online...  just wish I didn't give in to so many things...  like tater chips and Pizza... and well Ice cream... I be practiceing low sodium and eatin sensibly... but I back slide with a  Papa roni pizza and two bags of dorito's cause I didn't feel like cookin... bad russ bad.... now I'm up a pound instead of down... so hope that twelve blocks of walkin counts as exercise.... gosh that fiddler was exspensive... ooooweee.....   Oh on the brighter side,  I'm a new grandpa.. his name is Gary, and he's two months old, and he's so cute... just like his grandpa ... hehehehehe...  one nice thing about having the only vehicle in the family I see a lot of my grandson... yeah so I'm being used, but hey... they can use me up... long as they buy gas and change the oil hehehehe.... I like it... I still      feeling better about myself and got some hope as to getting well enuff to maybe take a part time job... gonna try some (for got how to spell it,but  ya work for free...) starts with a V...  gosh my brain is so mushy this moanin.. gonna pause for a while and see if i can snooze... russ
