Good Grief ! How Aggravating !!!!

Feel Like I'm Spinning in Circles Today ! UGH !!!! I've been TRYING to figure out WHO I can see as a Primary Doctor ! You'd think this would be a Simple Process, but OH NO !!!!... NOT WITH MY INSURANCE IT'S NOT !!I spent about 2 Hours on the Phone this Afternoon until I just couldn't take it anymore, and gave up for now ! Every Doctor I picked out from the Directory that My Insurance gave Me, EACH OF THEM KEPT SAYING THE SAME DAMN THING !!!!! Either They're NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS, OR THEY'RE NOT TAKING MY TYPE OF INSURANCE ANYMORE !!!! Then I had the Idea to ask My Insurance Company IF I could possibly go to One of those Places called " Doctor's Walk-In-Clinics ", and still be Covered by My Insurance.I don't see WHY They'd have a Problem with it, but apparently it's a BIG NO-NO to try to use one of those places as Your Primary Doctor ! BUT WHAT THE HECK ELSE ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO DO WHEN ALL OF THE OTHER DOCTORS EITHER ARE NOT ACCEPTING THIS INSURANCE, NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS, OR ARE TOO FAR FROM ME !!!!!????!!!!?!?!? Technically right now I have a Primary Doctor, BUT the CATCH to that is that it didn't occur to Me when I picked Him HOW HARD it would be for Me to see Him, since His Office is on the 2nd FLOOR of a Medical Building ! I have SEVERE OSTEOARTHRITIS IN BOTH KNEES, so I walk with a Walker, and just with a Cane in My Apartment.I thought... MISTAKENLY... that with My Walker, I'd be OKAY to get to His Office ! NOPE !!!!!! It was simply TOO MUCH on My Painful Knees, to try to WALK DOWN A HALLWAY TO THE ELEVATOR, STAND THERE WAITING FOR IT, THEN WAIT FOR IT TO GET TO THE SECOND FLOOR, THEN WALK DOWN ANOTHER HALLWAY TO HIS OFFICE DOOR ! By the Time I got into His Office, I felt like I was going to COMPLETELY COLLAPSE, AND HAVE A STROKE FROM THE PAIN IN MY KNEES, AND LEGS, FROM WALKING ALL THAT WAY !!!!!So there's NO WAY I can EVER go There AGAIN UNLESS by Some Miracle I suddenly get a Power Scooter Chair !! That's What I TRULY want, and HOPEFULLY in the NEAR Future ! HOW to get that, though, when right now I don't even have a Doctor to go to - or at least Not One that I'm ABLE to go to - I just don't know... I don't know what I'm going to do ! My Brother is a Doctor, and He knows My Condition.... BUT I'm NOT about to Ask Him to Help Me get a Power Scooter Chair ! I figure IF He was going to help Me get One, then He would have done it for Me a LONG LONG Time Ago, since I've NEEDED ONE for quite a long time ! PLUS, I'm NOT About to Ask Him to get Me One, and end up with Him saying " NO WAY ! ", and getting SNOOTY with Me about Me Asking Him ! I can pretty much guarantee You that He would do that ! I'm sure He would ! He's always been an Arrogant Jerk ! BUT... What do I do Now ? I sure Wish I knew ! I'm thinking Maybe I need to explore the Possibility of Changing My Insurance, since the One I have has been NOTHING BUT ONE HEADACHE AFTER ANOTHER since I was signed up for it !
