Going well

My weight, and blood glucose are falling dramatically.
 
 
It has been about 8 weeks on a whole foods diet and only a few weeks testing my blood sugar and taking metformin.
 
The results are startling.
 
I have started some regular exercise and that is making a difference.
 
I would like to get to 205 pounds.  I have not weighed that since college!  It seems possible now.
