Going To Go To The Hospital

I know that for the better part of two months before my ex-fiance left me, I had worked hard at correcting myself from some mild forms of early depression I was having. But in the quick and traumatic way cruel way she left me back on August 3rd, I've been going downhill fast since her departure. Anxiety, depression, crying spells, lack of motivation or energy, poor appetite, since she left I've only been averaging about 2.5 to 3.5 hours of sleep each night. 
I've got a good friend that is going to pick me up soon and take me to the hospital, where we both hope I can start to get the help we both think I need. My friend told me to not focus on tonight's trip as a sign of weakness or even look at it from the basis that my ex-fiance actually made me turn to shambles, there for she wins! He said that he's know me for about 10 years, and never has he seen me in this bad of shape. He thinks that I need a strong antidepressant, followed by something for anxiety and perhaps a strong sleeping pill prescription. 
Plus the anxiety I've been suffering has given me these weird little pains on the left side of my chest, he said that needs to be looked into, I agree. I'll update this section as soon as I can, barring if Kaiser Permanente wants to put any holds on me for more observations.
