Going from ER Tramadol back to regular is yucky

Hubby needed to get some things from the pharmacy on Friday, so he was going to pick up my ER refill too. He was busy and forgot to pick them up though, so for the weekend I'm back to the regular Tramadol. I'm not used to it anymore and the sudden all at once dose has made me feel yucky, even though I only took one 50 mg. pill. I feel off, I'm having hot flashes. I just feel plain yechhhhh. I was just going to not take any, but the aches and pains started to set in by lunch time. I'll be glad to get back to the ER on Monday. It's so much more gentle and has no ups and downs.
