God is sooo good. I am so confused and scared.

I know I told you ladies in my previous journal that it was over but I went to doctor today thinking it was over. Yesterday I was bleeding so heavy and I passed two very large clots it was enough blood to soak a pad and a half. As doctor did a scan she showed me a sac measuring 6 weeks and a heart beat. I want to be happy but I am so scared. I am on bed rest and out of work until next appointment 1/20. Ladies please keep me in your prayers. They tell you not to stress but this roller coaster ride called if always have you on the edge of your seat. I am so hoping this is just a bump in the road but not the end. I hope this baby will be a fighter.

Hi, sorry for this, I know how stressful it is. I had this happen to me around the same time. I had a subchorionic hematoma. At first it didn\'t come up on the scans. One night I just went to the bathroom and passed a huge clot. Two more followed. I thought it was over as well, sobbed all night, but in the AM we still had a heartbeat. It was a stressful few weeks, especially because it happened again, but the baby always measured fine. After the second time, they did eventually see the SCH on the scan, which made me feel better. It didn\'t happen again, but at least if I did I would know why. It is officially gone now and myself and the baby are fine. I can tell you websites and books don\'t explain this as a legit reason for bleeding, but it happens to lots of pregnant women and most of the time it is totally fine. Good luck.

Good lord, that\'s fantastic! That sounds like a subchorionic hematoma.....did he find the source of the bleeding? It has definitely happened to more then one woman on here. Very happy for you!

I was hoping that was the case but didn\'t want to ask if you knew for sure. Two of my friends had a subchorionic hematoma and the exact same thing happened. Maybe it is the same thing. Prayers will be still heading your way. Keep us updated.

Hello, so sorry that you are going through this. But please know that it is NOT over! What is for you is for you! I had the same exact thing happen to me and much much more! Let me just tell you that I fell down the stairs in the train station and was very early in the pregnancy and ultrasound check showed baby was perfect. I was a mess but baby was perfect. Then a couple days later the bleeding started and the drs thought a miscarriage was coming. I was on strict bed rest. Only got up to walk a couple steps to go to the bathroom. Heavy bleeding stopped but still spotting. Spotting stopped and started throughout pregnancy. B aby was fine! Then when exiting the turnpike at about 20-23 weeks I felt a gush of water escape and then some blood. I was a wreck and wasn\'t sure what was happending I just knew it was too early to have the baby. Ultra sound check, baby perfect. I was with my OB/GYN who performed a cerclage and then still spotting throughout the pregnancy. I was put on bed rest basically from 3-9 mos and enjoyed every bit of it without any complaints. Our lil prince was due on 12-21-2012 and I was born 12-12-12 @ 12:21am 6lb 8oz and he is God\'s greatest gift to us! What God has for you is for YOU! I know the mind and body can and will play tricks but trust God for the life of your baby and for a safe journey into your arms. I will continue to pray for you and look forward to your updates! Continued blessings! I pray testimony has helped you!
