God is GREAT!!!!!!

So I went to the clinic today to get my blood test.  The nurse told me and DH after they took the blood that we could leave and come back in about 1 1/2 hours for the results.  So they take my blood and we leave....an hour later they call while DH is pumping gas.  I answered it thinking they were gonna just say the results are in we could return but no the nurse says "congrats" and all I could say was "what?" so she repeated and I of course repeated "what?" so she repeated yet again and added "you are pregnant".  Then she says I can hang up the phone so i could yell and just to meet her back at the office to go over instructions. Now remember this whole time DH is still pumping gas and has no idea.  So I start screaming his name and when he answers all he can say is "what?" three times just as I did  when I tell him the great news untill I told him just to get in the car so we could go back.
So today makes 7 days since the transfer and they said that the number had to be above a 50 and t was at 81.  Me and DH are so excited put I don't think it has really hit us yet. 
when I got home I did a HPT and it says "pregnant".  Om gosh is this real am I really pregnant???
