GOD HELP ME!

Pain Clinic finally allowing Tramdol.  However, it doesn't touch the pain.  Maybe need larger dose? They are so afraid of pain meds that I get told to go to ER if I worsen.
Hurting so badly today I'm nauseated. I didn't make church and wondering if I will be able Tues to go to Jail Ministry. UGH. Last yr I at least had a dr who worked with me.
Hoping to go to CBT Jenny and have her back me up with the Drs. Lord help us in chronic pain.....
