God help me

I finally got some sleep last night and woke up feeling somewhat better...then before school my oldest told me that he did not want to ride the bus or go to school because of these kids he keeps seeing. I had him try and tell me as much about them as he could and when he started saying that they only talk to each other and no one else sees them I thought good God he is hallucinating. so I have a call in to his doc. I don't know hopefully the doc can suggest something
