Goal Update or should i say Downdate

Hello All,It's been a long while since I last posted. I think I may be returning to DS for many different reasons. This is just a goal update or like i said Downdate (meaning a regression in my progress). I keep wanting to writing a journal update to let you know all thats happening with me but right now i'm just not ready. I feel alien to DS now as it seems so many of the people i knew are no longer on here or like me they have just left their profiles open and haven't been on for a while. 
Well my mind is blank so theres no more i can say.
