Goal Updates

This week wasn't too bad.  I did binge Friday and Saturday night and sort of blew a lot of hard work from the earlier part of the week.  I am disgusted and frustrated with myself.  Paul had bought these Entenman's donuts and I succombed!  I exercised 5 days this past week.  Yesterday I did a lot of cleaning and did 67 minutes of Wii Walk It Out and got in over 17,000 steps.  Woo Hoo!  I finished my 2nd tour around the island earlier in the week and started my 3rd game.  Funny to see an empty island after finishing building one.  I had previously been doing the game on "easy" meaning that the capsules cost 1/2 of normal.  So a palm tree was 50 chips and a hotel was 400 chips.  I did the same on my first go around of the island.  So I am doing this one on "normal."  A palm tree is 100, a hotel is 800, the bridges are 1000.  so it is taking a little longer obviously to complete this island.  I am praying they come out with a Wii Walk It Out 2 soon!  It really does help a little with the Winter blues.
Kona is doing better.  We have to give her vitamin C  every day now.  Her urine is very strong ammonia.  So the vitamin C is acidic and will help neutralize the ph of her urine.  Hopefully that will help her not have any more of these bladder infections.
I can't wait until Spring.  I am looking forward to warmth, walks outside, longer days.  I didn't get to the Y this week, although I am going to Zumba today.  Going to have to make up the difference in the coming weeks.  Due to snow/ice and also I had the emergency pager this week for work.  I just did not feel like going to the Y and bringing the pager with me.  I get to mail it back to the office tomorrow!  Woo Hoo!  So far, no pages this week.
David is ok.  A few outbursts but nothing serious.  Paul is cranky.  I think the light I bought him for SAD is working but I think he needs more time in front of it.  I cleaned out my closet and started cleaning up my very messy and very cluttered bedroom.  Paul is putting Christmas decorations away.  This year was a little "weird" due to the ongoing construction.  (clutter, furniture in other rooms of the house.)  I am PRAYING that Paul begins putting his "office/work" stuff down in his office.  I have a HUGE master bedroom, 1/2 of which is floor to ceiling papers, computers, files, office supplies, etc.  In other words, CLUTTER.  I need to make this the year I get "me" back and the year I get my house back.
