goal updates
I am at 75,367 total steps for the year (just a little under my goal of 10,000 per day, but obviously plenty of time to catch up!)
My walk across America goal, I am at Lake Anna VA right now. (I passed the Lake yesterday.)
I lost 2 lbs last week, which is not bad. Exercise was greatly improved over last 2 months of virtually nothing. Water and food was a little better but still needs some improvement. I would like to get my calories in the 1400-1600 range. The first couple of weeks of losing weight isn't so bad. It is kicking it in for the long haul. So I am focusing on the positive and keeping going. So down to 157 lbs. And really, that is great considering TOM is due to start any time and I am crampy, bloating and witchy at the moment.
I am going to try to get to Zumba shortly at the Y. My Eagles game is on later. Biggest struggle with food right now is night time when sitting watching tv. Ugh! I just crave everything!
I did 54 minutes of Wii Walk It Out last night. I wish I could have done more, but kept getting interrupted.
Hope everyone has a great week! We are due for more snow this week. I hate the cold. Praying for a quiet, light week at work.
Oh, food for thought. I don't remember the reason, but I heard on one of those morning shows the other day that January 17 is supposed to be the most depressing day of the year. I kind of disagree with that. Who knows. I just generally don't like January and February. I love Spring! I can't wait. So I am going to have to spend a lot of time on Wii Fit Plus, Wii Sports Resort and Wii Walk It Out to get my daily dose of sunshine! That and my vitamin D and I should be A-OK. If I get real desperate, I will go sit in front of the light that I got Paul.

Hi, Sure sounds like you are doing a great job! I love the fact that you are doing so well with your walking. Is Walk Across America a program? Sounds interesting.
Weight Loss Buddies, Cheryl
That\'s an AWESOME step count - that is SUCH a great goal. I just love it!! Keep it up up up! Cheers to our health!
Yeah! I got to the Y. Good thing I got there early. It was So crowded! To have a hard time finding a parking spot at 12:20pm on a Sunday is CRAZY! But I guess it is January and the beginning of the year and they are doing no signing fees this month and with the New Year\'s Resolution people.....
@Cheryl: See my group- \"The Walking Group\". There is a link to see the walk across America. You can sign up for it. 4039 miles.
@L: Love ya! Yep! This is the year I get it together!
Very impressive with the steps.
Does Paul Like his Light?\\
What a goal list you can do it.
U R doing Awesome Yvette! You kick butt on the Wii. I have to get that and try it out, sounds like fun 2. Great job on the 2#, it\'s a start ~ Right there with ya. Just do your best and keep going strong! Stay focused and let nothing get into your way!!!
Kudos for getting to the Y and another credit toward the T. That is truly an outstanding step count! I am just outside of Kent, VA and they have no snow! LOL
How is Kona?
