GOAL UPDATE

I have not been able to quit smoking as of yet. If I knew how to delete this goal I would. Because it has kicked me in the butt. It has whipped but good. I'm calling it quits. Today has been pretty good for me. Its been a very long day. My 2 nieces just went to my mama's house for the night. I only have my nephew now so it will be peaceful. its been one long wek, my friends. And I wont be having the older two next week because their dad is coming home tomorrow. But I'll have them until sometime on Sunday.  and I dont know when Jessica will leave. But it would nice if she could go home. But at least it will be somewhat normal. I am taking my meds as prescribed.

Hi, Jeanne. From the DS help pages: How do I remove a Goal?
From Your Profile page click on the title of the Goal you would like to remove. When your Goal page opens, click on Edit Goal, then Remove this Goal.

well yes get it deleted, you will one day give up the habit, but not now, i understand it totaly. i hope that you are coping with the house full, and that it will get back to normal for you soon. and i\'m glad that you are taking meds more seriously, and not as a way to destroy your self, you know what i mean. take care and loads of love and hugs. carolxoxox

I understand changing our habits is hard to do. I was going to add weight loss as a goal, but I can\'t seem to stick to any diet for any length of time, so I haven\'t added it. I think if you are not ready to give up smoking then delete it as a goal and try something easier. I added a goal to be a happier person, that is something I can truly do, unlike the weight loss. I love food too much to let it go. Any way, you hang in there and do what\'s right for you!!! ((Hug))
