Goal reached
Never would I though this day would come even tho' others I saw reach theirs I was stil sceptical that I would attain this loss.
at 10 1/2 months out I reached the big 100 pound loss and now weigh in consistantly for 2 weeks now at 125 pounds!
People for the last month have been telling me I needed to stop loosing weight, my response has been my body will stop when it reaches it supposed to weight.
My brain has not caught up with new body image, unless I look at a photo of myself with other people I still look at myself and see myself bigger than I am.
Shopping is a wonderous thing, I try on Large shirts and pants size 10 and end up trying the same thing on in medium and 6 to 8. last year the best Christmas present I gave myself was the surgery, this year the best christmas present is the knowledge that I have saved my life, lengthened it and learned to love myself again.
My christmas wish for everyone is that they acheive this same feeling and results that I have.
