Goals

I did join a free weight loss support group on Sparks People.  My daughters said it is easy, maybe if you were raised with computers like they were .  There are only 6,061 people in our group Emotional Eaters.  I tried to find them, my girls.  It has a lot of awesome tools if one can figure out how to use them.  Going to keep trying!
