Gloomy Skies
It is dark and supposed to rain the next couple days. I never do well with that. Youngest son has been "lighter" until yesterday when he went quite and dark again. Not sure why. Did see gf father on Saturday. He didn't say anything, but know the father went close to him once and he got upset about it. Then of course talking to gf all day yesterday so don't know what they were talking about.
Today his friend called to remind him of a game day they are having at the friend's house tomorrow and to see if youngest son wanted to come over today too. Well been over there like the last 3 times. So suggested he come over here. Youngest son says never mind will tell him I can't. What???? Said that was silly why not see if friend can come over. So hear youngest son ask and then walk away. Comes back saying friend had too many chores to do so can't come over. Huh??? Asked if friend has a problem with us and doesn't want to come over, son says no, but just don't get it. Now they are not getting together today and feel bad.
Just want my kids friends to come here too. Sigh. Going to be a long day with him sitting on the couch looking grumpy.

Sounds like your youngests gf comes with lots of drama.i guess they all do at this age.When you wrote about how your sons friend didnt want to hang at your house ,at first it made me wonder if what he wants to do cant be done at your house.like too many watchful eyes.is that possible? and also because he walked away during that part of the conversation.It doesnt make sense ,your right.hope it all works out and your youngest is feeling happier soon.Did the gf\'s father say something upsetting to him maybe?..I hope he starts talking soon and lets you in on some of whats going on and that he\'s not so stressed.i hope you are feeling better soon and the grey skies dont get you down..hugs xxxx.:)
