Glad I made that doctors apt don't ignore pain

Well got to the doctors explained I was fine now but over the weekend had a dull pain in my chest. Next thing doc did ecg saw t wave inversions on it and was put in hospital . I had the RHC and LHC and a angiogram . Next weds I go to the specialist hospital . They confirmed my mean pressure at rest is 30mmhg and wedge pressure is 6 . I can just about make it to the bathroom and back but sob and exhausted . I'm on anticoagulants dissolve able aspirin ,statins and the usual hydroxychloraquinine and esomeprazole . They confirmed PAH on right side but I also have left side heart problems apparently lesions and narrowing they can't put a stent in as it would be too dangerous .
I'd like to say I'm living in the moment and taking things as they come but I'm not . There are times I'm panicking about my mortality . What I read is not good and I am trying to gauge how much time I have left of the 2.8 years of untreated time prognosis . The PAH forum has no one posting I have no one to compare time symptoms treatments with. At night time it's the lonliest place in the world when darkness pervades your thoughts .
My brother is coming over from Ireland today we were suppose to be going for a family meal . I cant see them letting me out of here I'm hooked to monitors etc.
