Giving grandma too much?
Just came back from seeing grandma in nursing home! She loved the box of yellow cake squares I got her! So much so that she ate all 6 in two days along with 4 bananas and 2 muskateer bars! I just got her a larger size in clothes not 2 months ago! I sure hope I didn't make a mistake getting her all these snacks! She is so happy now! Everyone said I'm doing her alot of good! She wouldn't eat before and was under weight! Well I know why she wasn't eating! She hates most of the food! Some because it looks like poo! I knew she use to love to eat bananas and asked if she wanted me to start getting her some! She can't believe no one else ,especially her oldest daughter didn't think of it sooner! I don't know either! And now she told me today that she can't read the big clock in her room! I didn't know what else to say other than almost every year I have to get stronger reading glasses and I guess it's just part of getting older. She seem to except it for now. That might be why she doesn't watch her TV! Which is another expence that is wasted to make her feel at home! And I tell my husband if his mother wants to keep paying for it, to let her. He has trouble with wasted money even when it's not his! LOL! I hope all my friends here are happy,safe and painfree! : )

Well, you and I are both grandmas too..let me ask you..can you give a grandma too much?? NEVER!!!! Dont you think??? I think we even get more appreciative and grateful as we get older..what do you think???
