Given Up Childish Things

Those childish things were fictitious movies and war games.  Now playing with and dealing with adult things, people and their feelings.  It's a much bigger and more complex world than I thought!  Gotta go into every social situation knowing what I'm trying to achieve, what I want out of it, which, at the moment, seems to be laughter and sex.  Life is not all honkey-dorey all the time, of course, but perpetual drama and negativity grinds me down to a nub.  Sometimes I just want to escape into pure fantasy.  Just wanna have a good time.  OK, so the adult things are no different than the childish things.  Stay tuned...
