Getting up there
I have been blessed! My job's annual review came up for me and they allotted me a generous raise. This plus the fact that my stbx is off my insurance ensures a $200 bump in each paycheck. I'm a little behind on a few things but this will DEFINITELY help me out in the long run. With the extra income from my crochet, I can get back on track.
I also plan to sell my engagement ring. I want to get the most for it, but I don't see a point in holding on to it anymore. I get hurt every time I see that diamond twinkling in my jewelry box. He didn't wait too long after I moved out to get rid of his. I have no qualms about selling it for extra cash. I need to get myself right and not worry about sentimental bs. There isn't anything good that could come from keeping that useless piece of jewelry. But where do I take it?
I've been trying to live frugally and not go crazy in my expenses. I'm trying to be responsible.
