Getting to spend more time in the kitchen this year...
I've had a good long hard look at how I spent my time in 2015 and one of the things that seemed to concern more than anything else was the time that I spent in the kitchen.
As a teenager growing up I was always in the kitchen with my mum, she taught me so many awesome recipes and it's been something that I've always loved to do...
But over the last couple of years, I've been spending less and less time in the kitchen and its all because I work too much, spend too much time away from home and buying more and more takeaway.
I've just gone and bought this awesome new kitchen blender, it wasn't cheap but it is so good, I just love it... I bought it online and had to call the company up and get some more information, they were very helpful, if anyone else is interested, here's a link to the kitchen equipment website http://www.cecateringequipment.com.au/
My advice is, if you look back over the last year or so and find that you're missing out on something that you used to do, something you really enjoyed but haven't been doing it.. move things around in your life and make the time to enjoy your life.
I also just wanted to mention that i've also just built (yes, I made this myself) my very own rack for wine, well it's one that I bought online (again here is the link http://www.vinrac.com.au/) from a company that sell these modular wine racks, you can start small, so I've just put a small one in my kitchen as I'm going to be spending so much more time in here this year.
That's all for now, I've got a nice glass of red wine waiting for me, and I'm cooking my favourite chicken curry, life is good...
