Getting through the weekends is the worst!
I wish she knew just how much I miss her and Matthew. I know th ebest way for me to heal is to let go and each day I am working on it but OMG I miss them. I wonder if they ever think of the kids and I. I wonder if the upcoming holiday will make me slip backwards or will I gain strength. My irregular heartbeat has been very active letely and I can't help but think its from my anxiety and loss.
I know in my heart I loved them. I know I was good to them and good FOR them. Even though I know we will never be together, I just hope that someday she will know she messed up a good thing.
I pray each night that tomorrow I am one step closer to being myself again!
I pray for everyone here too...
Jim

I\'m so sorry that you are so sad. The holiday\'s and the darkness have a lot to do with what your feeling too. You\'ll get through it.
Please take extra good care of yourself...eat well, get enough sleep, get a little exercise & socialize with friends & family so that you know you are not alone.
Holidays are hard but we do survive. Stay busy and know we are here to support each other. HUGS
keep your head up Jim.. keep busy & have fun with your kids & things will get better soon... You are strong & you will get thru this :)
Keep your head up. I feel just like you today. I wonder if he misses me to but then I have to tell myself this is what he chose to do. Just keep thinking of those wonderful children you have.
I\'m not sure if she knew that it would make a difference. The point is, it made a difference to you. It improved your life to be involved with her and her son. You befitted from supporting and loving them and it shows that you have a big heart. That\'s nothing to sniff at.
You\'ll be able to give your love to someone else soon (I hope) and that person will return the appreciation.
