Getting through it
Im proud of how far I’ve come in the last two months. I was on the brink of suicide at the beginning of this year. All I could think of was ways to do it and just get it over with. I didn’t think I would ever feel the slightest bit ok again. I am improving slowly, I do feel hopeful to overcome this and focus on things I can control now. The physical responses are still so intolerable but I am taking some meds to make it bearable for the time being. I feel so guilty and such a burden on my beautiful kids and their father, I want to be better for them and hope in time I will astablish better strategies to cope through this trauma and ptsd

Keep this focus. This is so good. One thing to consider: If this were one of your loved ones going through this, would you consider it a burden to help them? I think we are hard on ourselves. Let them love you through it. Get better for you and on your own time. You’ll learn a lot more and it will be worth it to learn and understand each phase of recovery/moving on at a pace you’re comfortable with. Good job noticing how far you’ve come. I’m proud of you.

2 Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we're in. Study how he did it. Because he never lost sight of where he was headed - that exhilarating finish in and with God.
If God was able complete the race then so can you so run the race and finish it don't let anything get in your way
Thanks so much ladies I wouldn’t have been here without your support
