getting there.....

Hopeful.  Husband and I have been doing a lot of talking.  I think we're making headway.....Visited son today in treatment center after going attending a parenting class - topic: feelings.  Not an easy one but it opened up some dialog between us.  Husband is still in the defending himself as to why he "changed his mind" regarding our son's treatment.  Son lit into him - angry that he turned on him.  Husband said it was out of his control.  I told hubby, that even if he doesn't believe T needs treatment, he must let our son think he does.  If not, if my husband doesn't believe it will -- how can T?  Husband agreed.

Just checking in, I\'m back home. I see T is in treatment, keep being strong, one day he\'ll understand. I\'m glad your husband is backing you up. Parents have to show a united front or they will play you against each other. Heck even little kids do that. Take care of you...Joy
