The house looks great! I hope you have good luck in selling if that is what you choose to do. Go with your gut, that usually works.

I've been a RE agent for 30 years. Are you listing it on your own or do you have a Realtor? The is often a good way to go. They can eliminate all the "lookie lews" and save you wasted time.
