getting old is like a walk in the park...//timeshare night swimming//dinner at k's//reading SwanLake
"getting old is like a walk in the park - like a walk in an inner city park, in one of the most violent cities in the country, at 2 a.m., wearing a sign that says, "I carry cash".
lol. unfortunately, so true. its constant danger, mostly because of health.
the 60 of lovastatin made me achey and sleepy. so i'm back to 40. i have a feeling you need 100 of coq10 for each 20 mg of the statins, but i don't want to experiment until i'm on vacation. really hate being on meds (though no choice) it takes over everything in your life because you can't survive without it.
still trying to coordinate our vacation. we have 3 weeks of timeshare. would love to do something good with it. wouldn't mind a sampler again either, where you get around 7, three and four day vacations over a 14 month timespan. so fun. haven't done that in ten years now. time flies. (though one long one would be even nicer).
will need to install adt with a recording camera if we are gone for an extended period of time. have a feeling a lot of this dizziness is from being woken up EVERY NIGHT by the whacko foreign woman for the passed 18 months. eventually, your body can't take it anymore - it needs real sleep. i can't figure out why she is stalking around here? though i realize "stalking" is a mental disorder (its also a six year felony). first she claimed she was paid $500 by the weirdos south of here to harrass people who feed strays in our area. then she claimed she thought her landlord owned every house in our area and had promised her our house. wth? then she claimed that in her country its normal to trespass on other people's properties and wake up neighborhoods in the middle of the night, while walking a main road 3 times per night. it isn't legal to trespass anywhere ever, so lie much? then she claimed that her landlord's husband promised to buy her a house. wth? that is a really expensive hooker if that is what she is, in exhange for the purchase of a house. wth? i wish she would get deported already. i think she wants to be arrested and then deported with a free plane ticket back to her own country. then GO already. they have already caught her trying the doors of cars (the woman up the street, her suv was actually stolen and found in another town 30 minutes north of here a week later). did they dust it for prints. i bet it was this foreign woman. and they caught her going into other people's mailboxes, which is a $5,000 fine. so arrest her already. waiting for what? so creepy.
went swimming at timeshare. the water is super warm, even at night. got to use the jacuzzi. visitors from kentucky and all the medical problems with that. is anyone healthy? i never noticed that before. his stepfather was a nuclear engineer and i figured his medical issues would be from nuclear exposure. not. he had a fall ten years ago, and needed brain surgery from it and has been messed up ever since - it also messed up his hearing. though he can hear selectively well. its amazing how many people can hear as needed. lol. he claims they can adjust hearing aids to hear certain voices, wonder if that is true?
surprised they still have this timeshare. his nieces and daughter were with them, so very noisy and his son is noticeably missing because he was killed in a car wreck five years ago at age 19 - its confusing - he'd be 24 now, so it feels like ghosts. you forget, and then you look around and then you remember. she is 22. the nieces are in their teens. they claim their other timeshare by the gulf which is normally nice isn't worth keeping because the gulf is still dirty from the spill and will be for the next twenty years (you can't swim in the gulf at all), so that is the timeshare they want to unload, if any (i would think the carolinas would be a better choice for vacation from kentucky). the government should ban all oil and make everything solar.
had dinner at k's. he made ham (and i picture a live pig the entire time). cranberry martinis (which were excellent), vegetables, salad and coffee with chocolate biscotti. watched the last of the roosevelts on pbs and forensic files - which is very creepy because its all true cases, mostly from the 1990's through early 2000's.
cut the dogs' fur by their faces. washed the greyhounds with de-flea shampoo. finished reading swan lake, which was EXCELLENT. lots of wisdom in that book and very visual, can see why they made it a ballet.

i\'m reading that quote and i think to myself, its not just health. you become more aware of the very good possiblity of some kind of evil happening. at first its like, i know what to do with this, been there, done that. but then things change and it also becomes tiresome, like seen all this before and its revolting and really don\'t want to bother.
you only live once, why deal with evil if you don\'t have to. they say people die also because they become world weary. just tired of the whole thing.
put frontline plus on the dogs. lets see how long it will work?
