Getting it together

Had my third counseling session on Saturday, my H came with me. It was en eye opening 45 minutes for both of us. Therapist is wonderful; so insightful. She had our relationship pegged after 15 minutes!!I made the decision to get myself together before trying to fix our marriage. I have to figure out why I do what I do, why I'm not happy, what I'm looking for, and if I truly want to stay married to my H. I have 30 days to work on this....
