Getting In Gear

Out of hospital...  Well, been out since Saturday really... but I can't seem to get my butt in gear.  Since my last 'elation', I think it's been a series of downward slides and I guess it's weighing heavily.  So much to do, in my mind, but everyone tells me to take it easy and pace myself.  The problem is that I don't know what my pace is anymore and I keep pushing past it.
I guess this is one of those pity me days.  Grey.  Rainy... outside and in.
