Getting Discouraged

Today 2/7/13, I am having trouble getting off these laxatives. I have had several set backs, keep trying to get on track. It's harder than you think. i am also trying to get of adderall at the same time boy is that really hard. Can't take eveything away all at once. Having to go get my potassium checked again today. My doctor is worried about my heart with my potassium going up and down so much. Need to gain weight, I'm 47 an weigh 78 pounds, not a prety sight. Having trouble finding things I want to eat right now. Just need some encouragement that it's going to get better.
