Getting closer every day

Hey everyone. Hope everyone is doing well. I had some big accomplishments over the last few weeks! I got all my pre surgery testing done, and so far so good. I also had my abdominal ultrasound done and my psych evaluation. When I had my testing done, it was a dual appointment with my doctors and with the nutritionist. I had to get blood work done and have my resting metabolism measured. I also had to go over everything with the nutritionist so I could get a "light" rating from her. Well all went well with that. I got my green light from the nutritionist, and the doctors are quite happy with my progress. I actually was told to slow my weight loss down slightly because I am losing too much too quickly. That following week I had my abdominal ultrasound done, and then the following Monday my psych evaluation. My abdominal ultrasound went okay. My gall bladder looks rough, and they may take it out during surgery, and I have a mild form of fatty liver disease. Nothing I am really surprised by since I have lived such an unhealthy lifestyle. I had my psych eval done via Skype, and it was actually really neat. I was a nervous wreck, and I thought for sure that I was going to get a yellow or red light. The psychiatrist was great and we went over everything that has made me the way that I am. I got a green light from psych as well which I am elated over!! So so far so good! I go December 10th for my surgery education class and joint doctors appointment, and schedule my surgeon appointment. Still super nervous, but more optimistic than ever!!
