Getting closer?

Lately, my son has been seeking me out, sitting next to me, even snuggling a little bit as I type on my netbook.  He's also more willing to hug, etc.  Not that he never blows up.  But his temper has seemed to blow over lately. I try to draw him out, get him to talk, but haven't seemed to crack him yet.  Though he has opened up a little bit. School seems to be the same for him.  But I'm hoping that his reaching out to me & being a little more emotionally receptive might eventually change that.   I think that after he was tested, he seems to know that I do care & I'm trying.  That's my theory, anyway.
