Get up again, to take the first step.

Once again I have hit bottom, and there's no-one else, besides God, to help me get up. So, again it is only You and me, Lord!
 
With all the negatives around me, I need to find just one beautiful thing in my life, and then concentrate on that for this whole day. I need to feel the beauty of this one little thing in my life, examine the wonder of its creation and existence, and feel one with it. I need its positive energy to jump-start my life, so I can get back to the "I want to carry on" level again. I have been here so many times before, and I know that I will get through this once again! This road is not easy, but it is not impossible either!
