Get Rich or Die Trying!

Changes I've made this week:
Cut back on calories
focusing on low/no-carb lifestyle
stopped flavoring my water with Mio or any other flavorings and drinking straight icewater when I feel hungry
staying away from anything sweet including my gum which makes me want to eat more
upped my workout intensity
My weight on Sunday, 175. My weight this morning 171. I'm going to try to bust through this stinking plateau once and for all. I'm so close to my goal weight - 15 more lbs.
By God I'm gonna get there or die trying!
