General Update-6 weeks July 3rd...2009
Friday it will be six weeks since I lost Brad. And Tuesday...I make my presentation and I am a bit nervous.I havent done public speaking in ages but I am going to rehearse.I usually hide on this weekend because of the traffic and the fireworks.Last year,Tooey and Kramer were out and it was late at night.Brad was home and he was sober and he was watching the fireworks on tv.All of a sudden..I heard a blood curling scream! Tooey ran in the house screaming and I mean screaming. This little cat was screaming...then Kramer came in and she was meowing at the top of her cat lungs.I closed the door and shut the curtains...Brad and i had to sing her down because this little cat was scared. She ran under Brads bed...they both did and they wouldnt come out even to eat.The fireworks lasted until 11 o clock that night and let me say this...some people use a public event to be so bad...Tooey screamed for 5 minutes....and then she fell asleep under his bed and was there for 2 more days...my cats dont like loud noises.Neither do i.I have to work on my presentationand it has to be 2 minutes long so I am working on it today and i feel a bit better.Tooey is asleep now..so is Kramer..they both were a bit sick..so i have to look after my cats and will write later.

I\'m sure you will be just fine, just take a deep, relaxing breath, and don\'t forget to smile! Judy
I have a German Shepherd that goes completely cazy when we have thunderstorms. She will not even go outside the day before. I have heard of animals can sense weather coming. roger
