General update
Let's see. . .substitution job finally ended (sadly) and am looking to make a slight career change. Too much competition for straight EFL jobs, so trying to reassess. . .At the same time trying to keep busy to not fall into depression while I wait.
I splurged on myself with a plethora of handicapped aids. . .I love the narrow walker for the house. Hopefully it will prevent future falls. I also got a killer grabber tool. A previous one I had was sadly broken by my 9-year-old son. I upgraded. It's slightly longer, really strong. and has a magnet at the end like the old one.
Got my plane tickets to visit mom in Vermont this summer in August. She's in her 80s & fears she's in eary stages of dementia. Frankly, I don't see it (she's no more absent-minded than I am!)
And I'm doing an online, long overdue, Portuguese course.

Congrats on getting some things you need! I love my "grabber." It comes in real handy at times! Very nice you'll be visiting your Mom in Vermont. It's the diet that is causing people to experience any memory loss. Dr. Blaylock has a lot of good information through his research and I just love listening to that sweet voice of his. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YE8JpVA6Pzk
