General journal update
Just thought I'd write up a progress journal so they're up-to-date which is always good when looking back.
I am now over the half way mark of becomng 6 months gamble free. To be honest, I have very little urges anymore or desire to gamble although everyone now and then a little thought may enter my head which i soon squash quick smart!! I have heaps of moods swings which I'm trying to better understand becuase I can be feeling on top of the world one and then start to feel like crap and depressed, its so weird.
Anyway, I am still chipping away on my debts which is slowely reducing i guess and will continue to work on my recovery and goals.
One day at a time!!

So proud of you Bear. Isn\'t it weird, when we rack up the debt it\'s no biggie, doesn\'t look like much while it\'s climbing, but when we start paying down it seems so little, so slow, almost like a diet.Thats because we want everything fast and now. Like I love Burger king, its quick, in and out and I am happy. Life is slow. Got to take it that way. So if depressed, figure out what is a good thing to get you out of your funk. I know its biking for you. I had my card at zero and then had to loan it to my dtr as she is on medical leave and its up to 3 thousand. It isn\'t my debt but I feel as it is. I will live with it. You just keep at it. You are running along side of me and we will go the distance together. hugs my friendly bear, barb
Yes, you\'re absolutely spot on !
