Gem Rescue

During the "Sweet Grass Episode" I finally started connecting the dots on therapy discussions of a rather large body of my amnesia therapy. I began to sense the mechanisms by which I fight pleasant and indifferent memories of my childhood with a psychotic ferocity at least equal to the ferocity with which I fight the traumatic memories. Even a child sex trafficking survivor has childhood memories far more worthy of nostalgia than flashback psychosis. Some of them are even fit for mixed company, depending on the company mix, of course.

I find myself trying to ply those lessons here in the estate closeout.
