GB surgery

OK, I started this journey inn 2009.  Got scared, and had to move anyway.  Scratch that.  Started again in 2010.  Did classes, shrink, all the hoops and still was told I would have to wait until at least late may to be approved (because I have bipolar disorder and I am on a bunch of meds).  In March we get the news...we're moving again.  In June.  You have to stay at least 3 months post surgery in the area you had the surgery.  No can do.  So I am going to have to start all over in my new area.  Meanwhile, I rejoined WW online.  8 weeks, 10 lbs down.  I don't want to go through the motions again, if I can't have the surgery.  So I will attempt to get a bariatric referral as soon as possible after we reach our new home.  But what if the PCM doc says no go?  I need this surgery.  Losing weight slowly will not prevent my pre-diabetes from becoming full blown.  That is a major concern of mine.  Also, I feel the need to do as much as I can as quickly as possible to better my overall health.  Surgery is the beginning of a new lifestyle- and I am so ready!  So say a prayer for me, or spare a thought, or whatever.  I appreciate it.  Just needed to vent my frustrations and fears.
