Gave another support group a shot

Hello, well I went to another support group tonight (debtors anonymous ). It was my 2 Nd time there and it felt a bit warner than last time. The group is made up if about 5 -6 people literally almost all retired school teachers. They were respectful but I didn't feel anything special . I reached out for help during my sharing time but nobody after group reached out to me. I don't know , I did call my insurance company earlier asking for a list of psychiatrists and will start reaching out tomorrow for Appts. I do have a 5 pm therapy appt next Monday at 430pm.... Back to work tomorrow
