Gastritis and heartbeat

I have gastritis since three months. No im having little pain of my breast.. Left side of my breast and there is a buzzing also at the left side corner. I got some medicine from doctor he told me there is a small difference with my heart wholes. And dont worry of this. And this is not a heart problem and this will be fine within few days. But still im having some buzzing in heart and vibration on my left foot. Is this because gastritis?
