Gardening Today :) Lucky Preakness Stakes Wins! :) Countdown to Summer! :)

GARDENING SUNDAY! :) AWESOME WEEKEND! :) oh my! :) from a lucky day, to an awesome nature day! :) This weekend is really rocking and rolling! :) i did some nice yard, and garden work today :) it felt great! :) oh my! :) i blossomed right out into the gardens :) i cleaned, and organized our final 2 garden areas that needed tending :) it was good, hard work :) i worked up a sweat :) it felt good to be in the garden, that sunshine, and the sweet blue sky :) i transplanted some nice pumpkin plants into our gardens :) From the greenhouse, to into the gardens :) We hope for some awesome pumpkins to grow, during the season, for October/Halloween time! :) i also planted some nice flowers seeds in our front yard garden :) i tended the plants :) it's a nice spring day, and feels like summer is on it's way :) i'm enjoying a nice refreshing, iced green tea :) it's really good :) i'm going to do some more gardening this upcoming week :) planting lots of seeds, sunflowers, string beans :) next weekend is memorial day weekend :) my dad and i are going to have our annual big gardening weekend :) We had an awesome time yesterday celebrating the Preakness Stakes horse race :) oh my! :) it was a LUCKY day!!! :) i hit the exacta bet, #1/#5. :) the #5 was a longshot, to come in 2nd place :) it was my first exacta win :) i won $124 :) my dad also won some money, he had a show bet, for the #7 horse that came in 3rd place :) he won $26. :) my brother Bobby won over $30 too! :) it was so spirited, and exciting cheering on the horses :) American Pharoah horse is headed to the Belmont Stakes in 3 weeks, for a chance to win the triple crown :) it'll be awesome cheering for him :) i'm so happy and excited we won some money :) it was a really sweet, lucky day yesterday :) winning on the slots, and the preakness stakes :) i'm feeling strong, positive, and ready to blossom into another great week coming up :) Gardening time! :) Woot! :) iced green tea cheers! to family, friends, and to the spirit of the season :)
Hi angel friends! :) my family and i are thinking of you all, and we hope you all are having a great day, and weekend :) Kayla and Taylynn have been hanging out with their friends today. :) We put our pool up in our backyard, and will be filling the pool soon :) The kids are all excited :) They're looking forward to summer time :) my family and i are enjoying the day, and weekend :) We've been spending some time outside, in our yard and gardens today :) i really rocked it!!! with some great gardening work today, that has us all set, and ready for some great planting this upcoming week, and ready for our big gardening weekend next week :) it's gonna be so nice :) i'm taking it easy, after working in the gardens today :) i've got a nice cold clothe on the back of my neck, and i'm also having a refreshing, iced green tea from starbucks :) it feels good, working up a sweat in the garden, and having a really good weekend :)
Lots of friends knew yesterday evening, that we had some awesome luck, at the casino yesterday, winning on the slots, and then during the evening, we watched the preakness stakes horse race :) oh my! :) we were pumped up and ready for the big race :) the race was really cool, as American Pharoah horse and the rest of the horses came out of the gates, the race was on! :) The American Pharoah horse came out into the lead, and as the 2nd and 3rd turn came up, all of a sudden, the jockey and the horse just went flying!!! down the track, it was incredible! :) as American Pharoah was winning, i knew i was gonna hit that exacta bet! :) The top 2 horses in order :) as the race ended, they said, the #5 horse, came in 2nd place, which was a longshot! :) oh my!!! :) i knew it was gonna make the exacta bet worth more :) Congratulations to American Pharoah for winning the preakness, and is headed to the Belmont Stakes in 3 weeks, in June, for a chance to become a triple crown champion! :) no horse has won the triple crown since 1978, so this is a big opportunity, we're gonna have a Belmont stakes party! :)
shortly after the race, they posted the results and payouts :) i won, $124.40 on the exacta bet :) woot! :)it's my 1st ever exacta win :) my mom and i were giving eachother high fives, and my dad called us to check in on the race results :) he had a $10 show bet, on the #7 horse, that came in 3rd place, he won, $26, and the bet we placed for my brother Bobby, American Pharoah to win and place, he won over $30 too :) it was a really neat preakness day, and i was so hyped up and excited last night, i could barely go to sleep! hehe! :) i'm very happy :) it felt good, to have a really lucky day, to share in, with everyone, and will be looking forward to the Belmont Stakes in 3 weeks. :) We'll place a few bets on that race too :) Thank you all, for celebrating the excitement of the preakness stakes horse race with us :) We look forward to having a Belmont stakes day party in a few weeks. :) We hope American Pharoah wins, and becomes triple crown champion :) it could be history in the making! :) it's gonna be very exciting :)
Today, sunday, is kinda a wildcard sunday! :) a little bit of this, a little bit of that :) We've had some family over to visit :) Bobby and his family stopped by to visit and brought us some goods too :) some foods :) Jenn, Mikey, and baby Hunter came over earlier too :) The kids have been hanging outside today, the weather is so nice, and there's lots of birds, visiting our yard :) i put lots of breads, and black sunflower seeds all around our yard, for our nature animal friends :) my dad and sister Jenn worked on putting our pool up in our backyard, for the kids to enjoy going swimming soon :) it's amazing, how memorial day holiday weekend is next week, and truly is the weekend that kicks off the summer season countdown :) We'll have our pool filled, and also will be having a BBQ, and gardening next weekend too :) The garden season is coming along really well :)
i blossomed into some gardening today :) i opened up our garden greenhouse, tended the plants :) we got tomato sprouts growing, the corn, cucumbers, pumpkins, and sunflowers are doing really well too :) we were all out back, enjoying the nice sunny weather, it got warm outside today :) Buzz the bumble bee is buzzing around our yard :) it's amazing, how much the spring nature has grown :) i got my garden gloves, and was tending the plants, i gave the plants some nice water nourishment :) we got some sunflowers growing in the garden :) We have this nice huge planter by our grapevines, and raspberry bushes, in my favorite gardening area :) i added more soil to the planter today, and i then transplanted 4 pumpkin plants into that planter, and 4 more pumpkin plants, into a nice box garden area near our fence and the raspberry truellis :) i'm so proud of the plants, they began to grow in our greenhouse, and now have graduated into our garden now :) i love planting the plants :) i watered them, and also did some nice raking in one of our gardens :) my dad and i are getting ready to plant tomato plants, and string beans in the garden :) plus we'll transplant our corn plants, and other plants too, soon :)
i began to work over in our front yard garden area :) i was working up a sweat! whew! it feels good to be gardening :) i used the rake, to clean our front yard garden, i fixed the fence a bit :) We need to buy some more fencing for our front yard garden :) i love how it looks, with the fence up, and our snowball bush is growing so nicely :) it looks great! :) i got our bird bath cleaned, and filled it with fresh water for the birds :) i love our bird bath :) i planted some nice flowers seeds in our garden too :) i want to load up this garden area in our front yard, with lots of flowers seeds, and we'll see what sprouts and grows, and blossoms beautifully this upcoming summer season :) i plant on doing lots more planting in this garden this upcoming week, morning glory flowers, sunflowers, and marigolds :) it's gonna be sweet!!! :) my mom and dad were outside a bit today too :)
i paced myself with the garden work :) i cleaned, and organized our garden, that is on the side of our driveway :) i used the garden cutters, to cut the grass/vines, and i also organized our cucumber garden growing area :) it looks so nice, and is really joyful to see the gardens are coming along well :) as i was planting flowers seeds today, i was just soaking up that sunshine, and thought to myself, "i'm a gardener! i love it!" :) i took some sweet pictures today, to share with everyone :) it was really nice, working hard in the yard and gardens :) lots more gardening to do :) We've reached the stage now, of the planting season :) lots of the hard garden work we've accomplished, and now it's time ot plant! plant! plant! :) i look forward to sharing all of our upcoming gardening adventures with everyone, in my journals, with lots of pictures, and garden videos :) In the Garden, my soul is the sunshine :)
We're enjoying an awesome weekend :) my family and i are doing well :) our dear friend Stacy (Sunflower10) called me this afternoon :) it was so nice talking and catching up :) i'm feeling really positive about things, and i'm feeling strong : )i've been keeping busy, active, and getting into some nice cards/letter writing : )i'm going to do some writing today, i want to write some letters, and cards :) i'm looking forward to the upcoming week, and keeping nicely active and busy each day :) our gardens are coming along really well :) we have lots of sunflower sprouts, that i'll be transplanting into our gardens soon :) our neighbor came over and brought us some extra flowers plants for our planters, and garden :) it's very nice of our neighbor :) We'll transplant those flowers into our garden soon :) i'm having a nice grinders sandwich for dinner, and may get another iced tea :) i really love those iced green teas :) this upcoming week, is gonna be really good too :) i'm feeling blessed, and thankful :) angel friends, thank you all so very much, for all that you do for us :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP SUNNY SUNFLOWER HUG :) This upcoming week, we got nature walks, gardening, sweet treats tuesday, super wednesday post office adventure, and lots more, leading us into baking friday, memorial day themed, and memorial day holiday weekend :) There's many more wonderful times to look forward too, with family, friends, and nature :)
