nothing to do with gambling today my dad passed away yesterday morning, nows the time to to live life and do things better with my money.

Relapsed with my gambling again. Never felt as low as I do now .

Went for my 1st ga meeting yesterday ,I was very nervous going but so glad I went.9,4,2015 .

1st week of no gambling.
3 week with no alcohol ,before my dad died I did 4 years so now its time to get back on track.
Next thing I\'ll give up smoking ,but going to concentrate on the above.
