gaining DS access at long last

I apologise to all my DS friends ,I have NOT been able to gain access into DS for well over 2 weeks now .I kept being taken back to the log in page over and over again .I contacted DS via Facebook 2 days ago ,they suggested clearing all cookies etc ,this I did but still unable to gain access to DS. I am now trying using firefox ,which is said is supported by DS,and Hey Presto I am now in DS,I have missed not being able to get in ,and hope I am able to continue doing so. Again my apologies , to all my friends ,and hope you all had a lovely Christmas ,and I wish you all , all you wish for yourselves in the coming 2015.
Love to you all in case this happens again ,and I am again prevented from accessing DS
