gained a pound, but went running!

No bueno, gained a pound for the voracious eating this weekend. BUT, ran 4 miles in Los Altos Hills today, incredibly hilly route up Mora hill. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, I definitely burned some today!
I had a panini this morning for breakfast, but I had just a bowl of ravioli for lunch and a yogurt and lean cuisine (orange chicken) and a dinner roll for dinner, so slowly weaning off the calories. :)
