This study is excellent and unique in that it verified the relationships among obstetric history, pelvic floor muscles, and quality of life (QOL). In Japan, women who give birth to more than two children are few, contributing to the decrease in the number of newborns in the country. In addition, while conducting the experiment, the reliability of the measurement method was also considered; thus, the reliability of the results is likely to be high. The results show that the decreased muscular strength of the pelvic floor muscles with the increase in the number of births leads to problems such as incontinence. For the future, we would like to expect to clarify the most effective exercise for pelvic floor muscles and QOL by performing an intervention study. We believe that an addition in treatment choices in Japan by introducing atherectomy devices for use in the femoral below-the-knee artery area like foreign countries, is one of the most notable points of this year too.
AGEs increase inflammation by binding to receptors for AGE (RAGE), which are present on cell surfaces in tissues. Therefore, AGE accumulation may play a role in the pathogenesis of COPD by increasing inflammation. Recently, AGEs assessed by skin autofluorescence (SAF) could help in the rapid evaluation of AGE accumulation in clinical settings. The aim of this study was to verify the relationship between SAF and pulmonary function in younger and elderly people with normal spirometry results. This study revealed that FEV/FVC was greatly influenced by SAF than aging factor.
His profession is a diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). He started his carrier of percutaneous ethanol injection (PEI) from 1985, intra-arterial embolo-therapy and chemotherapy from 1989, and radiofrequency ablation from 1998. He was a director at the Dept. of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Kurume University Medical Center, and is now a director of Hepatology and Clinical Research Center, Yokokura hospital since 2012. He is a board member of Liver Cancer Study Group of Japan, Japanese Society of Gastraenterology, Hepatology and Ultrasonics in medicine, and also a director board member of Asian Conference on Tumor Ablation, and organized 2nd ACTA meeting in 2015. “Medical Dentistry” is the School’s motto, and we firmly believe that “the condition of the teeth and oral cavity is indicative of the condition of the whole body.” For instance, early symptoms of AIDS often include oral candidiasis and ulcerative gingivitis. During the 3rd and 4th years, the students learn the basics of clinical treatment such as the origins and symptoms of disease, and also basic diagnosis.
Stem cell therapy makes it possible to maintain the body from an early stage. We cannot easily replace our organs, so we need to make an effort to use them carefully for the rest of our lives. At our hospital, we are actively promoting research and clinical applications to extend healthy life expectancy. We are promoting clinical application of new treatments with evidence while considering safety.

In this paper, the authors study the immediately effects of exercise therapy on cancer-related fatigue in the cancer patient. Eighteen patients with cancer took part in standing-sitting and walking training which intensity was set using the Borg category-ratio scale (CR-10). The results showed that exercise therapy targeting a rating of 4 (somewhat strong) on the CR-10 can immediately reduce CRF in cancer patients. Many studies have reported that exercise therapy decreased cancer-related fatigue. However, this research shows the immediately effects of exercise therapy, setting the exercise intensity by subjective fatigue, and the effect of somewhat strong intensity exercise in patients with severe fatigue or older.

After the 4th year, all students are required to undergo two examinations that are common to all schools of dentistry in Japan, namely CBT (Computer Based Testing) and OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination). Having passed these tests, the 5th year is spent in clinical practice on real patients, and on 新船橋 歯医者 studies of adjacent branches of medicine and advanced medicine. From the 1st throughout the 6th year, case studies and career training is carried out in small groups, and thanks to the close educational guidance of the staff, the students acquire what it takes to become fully fledged medical practitioners.
He returned to Department of General Surgery, Chiba University in 2000 as a staff under Professor Masaru Miyazaki, and promoted to Professor and Chairman in 2016. Coming back to Japan in 2000, he rose through the academic ranks to become a Professor of Medicine at the Teikyo University School of Medicine in 2011. His area of expertise is autoimmune liver diseases, especially PBC, PSC and AIH. Currently he also serves as a Secretary-General of the Intractable Hepatobiliary Disease Study Group supported by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare of Japan, and is one of the leaders for research of autoimmune liver diseases in Japan. Now, he is the president of the two hospitals at Yamanashi, west of Tokyo, where, although scenic place with Mt. Fuji, hepatitis virus infection is epidemic and his homeland.
