Fun weather

So it's still hot out--looking for close to 100 today and who knows what the heat index will be. The good news is that they are calling for "pop-up storms" aka instant thunderstorms and possibly hail. I'm not fan of hail, but I love thunderstorms. We had one last night that I enjoyed listening to. We could use the rain, that's for sure. 
No migraine when I woke up this morning, which was lovely. I haven't heard back from the neuro psych on a potential med for migraine prevention btw now and July, but he should get back to me today. They promise to do so within 48 hours and I called first thing yesterday. Here's hoping they have a good option. 
Had a bit of a rough sleep last night, but not too bad. I got to bed about 11:15, book down about 12. I woke a few times I think, but mostly slept.
