Fun Day...
Today was a good day...got a lot accomplished. But got very tired and extremely in pain. I took 2 vicodin ES and 2 flexeril and 3 motrin when I got home. The pain took an hour before it started to go away. Then after 2 hours it started coming back. Had to take 2 more vicodins. Now it has been ok since doing that. I guess the pain just got away from me. My eating today has not be good. Not awful but not good. I will do better tomorrow. I am going to the WMC tomorrow morning to work out with Nathan. I know it is going to be a hard work out and I'm a little worried because how it made me feel last time. I hurt for about a week afterward (my knees). I got on the scale this morning and was up 1 pound so I better watch it. But over all mood today has been good even though being in pain.
