feels like my right shoulder Is fucked up
it's hurt like fucking hell

did you injure it recently or it is just acting up on you from a previous problem? either way hope some heat or ice helps

I fell off my roof when I was in the roof n just listen to music n I can normally pop in back into place but this time I can\'t n it hurts
