"Fuck You"
I often feel like, with the anger, I take one step ahead, only to take two backwards, and did I say this already>?
I'm feeling a lot of "Fuck You"s Today. Towards my family, towards one of my roommates. Towards people who used to be my Friend, who did really messed up things, and then see me for the first time in months and hug me like nothing ever happened.
If I come Home and someone touched my stuff, the bathroom is still dirty, there is a huge mess (STILL) in the living room, the little frustration I already had going at the Life stuff just amplifies, and I want to Scream. I don't want to say anything in this moment, because I'm ready to fight. I'm ready to scream and curse at someone, to punch them in the face, to yell until someone cleans the shit up. In reality, if I did that, would the shit get cleaned>? Probably not, probably people would get upset that I lost it at them, maybe they would yell back, maybe they would cry, maybe they would go to their room and hide, but I don't think my yelling would get the mess(es) cleaned up. So usually, I wait until everyone is asleep, then clean it up myself, but meanwhile letting this rage about the messes build up inside me. I am worried that one Night I won't be alone in the house and in this state of cleaning rage, someone will come in and I WILL start screaming about why is the damn mess still here. I don't know what to do about this. Two steps backwards, sigh.
